Applications: 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L LS1
To eliminate the chance of oil leaking past the seals on small block V8 engines, both front and rear covers which house the crankshaft front and rear seals must be aligned. Also, the front and rear covers are gasketed and bolted to the rails on the structure.
